Our wedding isn’t until October, but we are using Bell-Aire Music for our wedding.  DJ Rick Bellanti is based out of the Lawrence, MA area, I think.  His rates are really good.  I think we are playing $800 for 6 hours (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) and he doesn’t charge a travel fee.

We are also using Bell-Aire. He was very professional when we met with him and business is really starting to pick up for him. I’ve been following him on Facebook and it seems like people can’t stop raving about him. He also offers uplighting as well as other add-ons which were also very reasonably priced.

For the service it seems like he provides, $800 is a steal.

Honestly, he is already booking 2014 dates, so I say it’s never too early. We booked him in March for our May 2013 wedding. Good luck!

I am also getting married in derry at Brookstone.  We went with the package.  We upgraded and are using Rick Bowie from get down tonightt.  They have some great Djs.  We are also using APM for our pictures and photobooth.  Dave is great to work with!

Sorry APM is A Photographic Memory.  They are really great.  Adam did my sisters wedding and he was a ton of fun and the pictures came out so good. They are based out of Manchester.  I ended up seeing them at a bridal show at brookstone.  Dave went over everything that I was looking for and showed me his albums. I never had to go to Manchester because Dave came all the way to where I was to sign the contract which I thought was great! Yes,  we are getting married onsite.  I had looked at alvirine chapel but in the end it was better for us to get married onsite since our ceremony we can only get to Brookstone at 5 to do pictures. I would have only saved a half hour and would have been crunched to get my pictures in before the sun went down.

Our photographer is William T. Moore in Bedford…his packages are SUPER reasonable and his work is amazing!  www.williammoorephoto.com

We’re also using Get Down Tonight for our DJ, they have a ton of DJs to choose from and their pricing is based on experience (it seems like, anyways).  They have lots of add ons too like uplighting and stuff if that’s something you’re looking for.

You probably already have someone but maybe this will help someone else!

This is a good thread for me to read, I’m in this exact stage. Anyone heard of or worked with Curtis Knight Entertainment or Mighty Groove?

@tresim36:  How did Epic Entertainment work out for you?  I know this is an old post so you may not reply.  We are trying to decide over Bellanti or Epic Entertainment.
