I love my dress. Love love love it. I wish I could wear it again.

I'm also considering selling it.  It was a custom made dress so I really want to make sure it goes to a happy home - any suggestions on where to sell? Classifieds section here comes to mind of course!

That's beautiful, there may also be a store or consignment facility that does wedding gowns. That's what I'll be doing after our wedding :o)

    daydream - you interested?

The dress is a bridal 10 -- I am typically an 8 in dresses - so it was taken in just a tad at the waist. It's very A line - I am a solid 10 if not a little more in pants - but it was a non-issue since the dress was so fitted at the waist and flared from there. My chest is a 34/36B and the V was pretty perfect for the cleavage, if I do say so myself. :)

I'm 5'7 and had about 2.75 inch heels on and you could see perfectly underneath to a little peep of the shoes.

PM me if you're seriously interested!

KLP -- I didnt design it completely - I fell in love with this dress:

    http://www.preownedweddingdresses.com/dresses/6646/Alvina-Valenta-9600-Size-10.html

but I didnt want spaghetti straps so I asked for straps similar to this dres:

    http://www.jlmcouture.com/Alvina-Valenta/Bridal/Additional/Style-9661

and I also didnt love all the pleating in the skirt so I asked for a skirt from this dress:

    http://www.jlmcouture.com/Alvina-Valenta/Bridal/Additional/Style-9859

so it was just piecing together of three dresses all (thankfully) made by the same designer!!

i also had them remove the bow from the back -- and then when i tried it on with my seamstress we realized the ribbon on the waist was too big - so she changed that to a thinner ribbon, which i think was an awesome call on her part!
