Im thinking about adding milgrain to my engagement ring so that it matches my wedding band. The milgrain would go along the side stones (similar to the second photo). I don’t know if this is something that can be photoshopped? My imagination is awful! If you could help I’d really appreciate it!

The milgrain should look great on your ring. Because your edge is thick it should take the milgrain nicely.
