It depends on what it causing the pain.  Personally I love the combination of massage therapy and chiropractic work.

I was in a bad accident 12 years ago. I saw 3 or 4 different physios and it was ueless for me. The chiropractor on the other hand was wonderful. Chiro coupled with massage is what still makes me feel better. I have chronic back pain with shoulder and neck injuries.

After causing disc damage in my back last year, I tried a few physios but they didn’t do anything. saw an osteo my partner was seeing and I felt better straight away.

Chiro. I have a messed up spine and, therefore, back and neck pain. The chiro manipulates your skeleton to alleviate the pain. A physical therapist does rehabilitation  for mobility and function. They’re not really the same thing. PT is used after surgery or an accident to restore, where chiro is to alleviate.

I’m also a chiro fan.  I’ve had great results with that, but I suppose it depends on your need for it.

I have horrible neck issues, doctors wanted to do surgery. My chiro has been a G-d sent, he took away almost all the pain and I have full funtion back of my neck and back. Bonus, no medication, which I was desperately trying to avoid.

Both! I did PT and saw a chiro when I had a bulging lumbar disc, and I think it was the combination that helped me get back to normal.
