Hi Bees!

I'm excited! Physique 57 has come out with DVDs - so now you can do the workout at home! The class is based in NYC -I had gone to a few classes with my friend when she was getting fit for her wedding, and they were really great - but at ~$35/class, a little pricey. The class was great for toning though - a lot of isolated movements and some Pilates-type work.
