Bought these for moms to carry instead of corsage. May wind up using for my bouquet
BM/ MOH bouquets. These are wired & glued together so it would be hard to combine them into my bouquet.
**We are all wearing boots. Our wedding is in October at this outdoor venue
Dance area. * we will be using the picnic tables for guests & will probably have to rent more long rectangle tables to accommodate everyone. We have burlap tableclothes a friend is letting us borrow
My FI wanted a country wedding & I’m trying my best to give it to him with my own touches of elegance & bling. Rustic elegance is my “idea”. I want our wedding to have a laid back vibe almost like a fancy family reunion with our ceremony kicking it off. I’m not sure if I’m just getting overwhelmed at doing all this mainly solo &just starting to doubt my decisions or if it’s really turning into a jumbled mess (My FI is gone working 3-4 weeks at a time sometimes longer,, my bridal party is spread out & my maid of honor would love to help & has been my sounding board & helped me make decisions but is 3+ hours away Noone else in bridal party has offered any kind of help, I live 2+ hours away from any family that might help) I’m trying to keep costs as low as possible & am DIY’ing as much as possible. So far my DIY list includes, invites & response cards, flower girl baskets, guest book, LOVE decor for cake table, lace doily garland, rose petal runners for aisle, candleholders using Mason jars & candlesticks, unity candle & stand, wrapping wine bottles in twine or painting for decor, painting wooden hearts for decor, cake serving set, toasting glasses for bride groom & bridal party, creating faux “pearl” beads using spray paint, corsages x5, boutonnieres x 8, ring bearer bible decorated..that’s all I can think of now lol
I still have to figure out what to dress the GM & the groom in colorwise…HELP PLEASE!!
Still need my jewelry, bridal party gifts – not sure what we are doing for that, parent gifts, grooms gift, hair & makeup trials, Engagement & Bridal pics. Anyone done bridal after wedding so dress didn’t get messed up?
I know that ultimately as long as I’m married to my amazing FI at the end of the day that our day was perfect 🙂 I just have this vision in my head & can’t seem to get it together or figure out how to not stress about it!
My FI is so great, he tells me all the time how good what I’m doing looks & how beautiful our wedding is going to be 🙂 🙂
Sorry for such a lengthy post but had to get all that off my chest!
TIA for all your input, words of advice, etc 🙂
