Haha now I'm just being lazy... but like I said in my other post "Pick your entree" I'm just not all that excited about the menu. It's all going to taste delicious, but I'm not attached to it in anyway because it's not a personalize menu :)

Our wedding is during the day in July.

    1. Organic Greens: Shaved fennel, Goat Cheese, Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
    2. Mimosa: Raisins, Port Orange Vinaigrette, Stilton, Quail Egg
    3. Arugula: Ricotta Salata, Hazelnuts, Maple Sherry Vinaigrette
    4. Spinach: Pancetta, Caramelized button onions, Grainy Dijon Vinaigrette
    5. Sweet Potato: Soup
    6. Chowder: Soup
    7. Gazpacho: Cilantro Granite

I think the soups sound great, but since it is summer, a salad might be a safer bet.

My favorite is the spinach salad.... pancetta & caramelized onions? Mmm

I just wanted to see what everyone else would prefer!

    @KM: Yep-- only one! :(

Yumola! I would choose the organic greens, but the spinach salad sounds fantastic. But so does the mimosa. Actually, so does the sweet potato soup. ;) But I think of sweet potatoes as more of a fall food? Maybe they're not, but I probably wouldn't choose that in the summer.

Oh wow, it all sounds so good! I would go with one of the first three salads since they would be veg-friendly for any vegetarian guests. I actually would have a very hard time choosing between those three. I chose the seasonal greens because I think seasonal greens always taste best.

I was going to go with the warm spinach but after reading the description I changed my mind to the Roasted sweet potato soup. I don't eat meat and I don't do salad dressings :) but everything sounds so good I can understnad why you are having a hard time deciding. However, a soup might be too much for a Jult wedding? A salad may be more refreshing to more of your guests.

Hmmm.... the first salad sounds like the lightest, freshest option, but I can't stand fennel!!

I voted for the spinach salad but if it's one starter for everyone then the organic greens(the other one I was considering) is probably better since it's vegetarian.

I don't know what any of that is!? I'm not a foodie. I'm so not excited about the food for our reception. I wish we could skip that part. I'm really hoping I can get chicken fingers.

I voted for the sweet potato soup - mmm!

I would have loved the spinach, pancetta, and carmelized onion salad, but I don't really like dijon.

No one at our wedding is a vegetarian so I'm not really worried... my cousin was a vegan for years, but now she eats fish & cheese. :)

Maybe I'll get the first salad without fennel... or maybe I'll just get mine w/o fennel haha. It's lighter fare & their salads and meals are HUGE.

Do you think the salad needs fennel?

She'd still have a problem with the pancetta in the spinach salad though if she just eats fish & cheese ^_^

    I don't think the first salad needs fennel...but I don't like fennel so I'm a bit biased >.>

@cien: I swear my cousin actually eats cheeseburgers in her car secretly. In her specific case, I think she says she's a vegetarian for attention. haha

The Gazpacho is extremely hot in flavor, but its granite (ice crystals)!! I thought it sounded interesting :)

Mmm I know.. goat cheese is so good!

If you are worried about the Gazpacho being too hot, I'm sure they can tone it down for you. It is super refreshing on a hot day.

I picked sweet potato soup, but I'm allergic to dairy and it probably is made with cream ... so I could not eat it. I always end up with a salad of Arugula or Spinach and bacon ... and I don't eat onions.

I think it depends on what the average climate will be on your wedding day.  For a warm option (and thus, a cool day), I'd go with the spinach salad or potato soup.  If you think it'll be a warm day, consider the greens with tomatoes or gazpacho.  Good luck with your decision!
