Those colors will turn out beautifully! I think it's perfect for a February wedding. Mine are yellow & pink (pale colors) for my Springish March wedding! :)
@myra- awesome! I thought about that but I thought my guy would veto pink heh.
@lees- where are you getting married? I'm in Ohio and we thought about march but got scared... it could be 80 or 10 outside. I couldn't decide if it would be winter or spring hehe. yellow and pink will be so nice though... everyone will be READY for some sunshine.
We're getting married in Florida!! Suprisingly, it's pretty cold down here now. But usually it's warmer, so we're hoping it'll be a nice temperature out by then!!
There's so much I love about that inspiration board!
Our colours are a pale butter yellow and creamy ivory with some gold and bright "daffodil" yellow accents.
My colors are fushcia and pewter (with hints of black).
@ myrag: I love the navy/blush combo - are you having your guys wear tuxes? suits? In navy blue?
Wow, I love that; perfect for a winter wedding! Our colors are chartreuse and chocolate brown, but I'll probably add an accent of orange by having an orange bouquet.
That board is gorgeous! We've finally made a final decision: navy blue, pale pink, and a little ivory. My inpiration board:
I just made my first inspiration board! I have not been saving pics of things as I see them (duh) so I had to do a lot of searching... I'm going to save my favorite stuff from now on so that my next inspiration board is even better. But still, yay!
my color are orange, green and gray/silver! :) My groomsmen are wearing gray suits with orange ties. My BM's are wearing green dresses. I have a bridesMAN as well, so he's going to wear the same gray suit but with a green tie instead to match the girls! :) oh and my dress is going to be a silvery gray as well!! :)
@corgi that is so pretty! I really love the pic of Eva Longoria Parker...I have that saved in my iphoto wedding/wedding bee folder
I still need to make my inspiration board(s) as well but my colors are lilac, lavender and chocolate brown :)
Depending on when we decide to have the actual wedding it will either be....
@sulli- thanks! I loved her hair and its just a bonus that she's wearing a blue dress! :) I looove purple and brown together. I think brown is such a chic color with pretty much any accent actually!
love them corgs!! i'm going for a wintery blue, black, silver with hints of gold (my dress will be champagne I think i dunno lol) and pink flowers because I love pink :D
ohhh verrry nice! all these inspiration boards are great=) our colors are navy blue, light blue, and ivory...
Those inspiration boards are so pretty! I could look at them all day.
We are doing chartreuse, aqua, chocolate and ivory.
We are doing pewter and fushia/rasberry. My girls are wearing pewter dresses and carrying bright fushia flowers. The guys are wearing tuxes with fushia ties. Talking about it makes me soooo excited CAN'T WAIT. Our wedding is labor day weekend - last weekend of summer here in California
ohhh! Very nice everyone! We are doing navy and ice blue as the main colors with silver touches. I also want to incorporate the dark teal color (which in my head, I am calling Atlantic) but am not really sure where to fit it in.
Of course, then I got to thinking, how cute would it be to have ivory, dusty rose, sage green and black? It would be so perfect for a vintage wedding!
I'm planning on midnight blue, black, and ivory...with hints of deep cranberry. Let's see if I can upload the inspiration board I made a while back (fingers crossed that it works).
of course it didnt upload. I'll try once more...
I will be doing a variety of pinks, mostly pale pink, champagne, and some hints of ivory for our March wedding. :)
@corgi: your board is lovely! I LOVE the cozyness and romance of a winter wedding
I'm in the very beginning stages of planning, but I get inspired by boards all the time. Once I think I've found THE BEST COLOR PALETTE EVER, some blog comes out with an even more inspiring/beautiful board. 100 layer cake, snippet&ink and Project Wedding makes a girl overwhelmed with such charming palettes.
I just LOVE color too much! Too many choices! Argh!
Right now I am leaning towards BLUSH, MINT, SKY, and pops of vibrant RED. Sounds random and weird, but it is such a beautiful combo and it reminds me of that worn and washed palette of my LA youth-frolicking on the beach in pink bikinis hehe I don't know if mr.happyheart would approve of any pinks, though
I also like the primary colors together as a palette. Hmm, I guess I'm a lil' quirky in my tastes...
These are our colors:

We're having a late summer wedding!
February in Texas isn't really winter, and our date is the 26, so we're pushing the spring envelope. Kelly green and coral are our colors. Your colors are gorgeous! Can't wait to see the directions all of the February '11 brides go!
Here's mine and an inspiration board! Grassy citrus-ey green with a pinky coral! Perfect destination wedding colors for a beachside soiree!
Love the ideas!!! I like blue a lot!! Here are my colors so far... Don't look at flowers just the colors! ;)
Mine are brown ivory and burnt orange for my fall wedding in october
Love all of the inspiration boards! I'm getting married in Jamaica, so we have really tropical colors for a February wedding. Our colors are Watermelon and Tangerine (this according to David's Bridal, where my BM dresses are from). For the layperson, i say that our colors are fuchia and orange. I always get a weird response to fuschia and orange so I usually say watermelon and tangerine...
ETA: I found an inspiration board on weddingrumors.com!

so far my colors are Ivory, Tiffany Blue, and Choclate; but then I keep seeing all these cute purple flowers, or amazing light pink BM dresses and I wonder, should I go pink and red, or maybe purple and blue? Grr at my inability to choose! The only thing is we are having a beach wedding, and I feel that the other colors (pruple or pink) won't really fit in!

Posts like this make me sooo glad I found weddingbee because honestly, who else in my life would be excited about wedding colors? heh. I've been struggling because I knew I wanted to do white/silver/light blue for our Feb wedding to make the whole room sparkle like snow... but it was just missing something. It was too cold, or too monotone... or too *something*... I just wasn't happy with it. Then I saw this:

LOVE. IT. So, I'm going to do mostly silver/gold with hints of blue. It feels much warmer to me and super classy. So excited! I'm going to work on doing my own inspiration board in the next few days :)
