Well 5 months later my Alfred Angelo dress came in~ Wee! I have brought her home and will bring it back to be altered 2 months before the wedding.
It was really nice to try my dress on in the pure white colour.
I had ordered a sash that I wanted to try. Its a simple sash, and I am thinking I want to maybe add some crystals myself to the front of it. Also I’m going to have it cut at the back and have couple of rows of hook & eye closures to just have it simple at the back.
- Do any of you have any experience adding crystals to sashes?
This dress is two sizes bigger than I need to accomodate my ‘girls’ and is pinned along the sides so if you’re wondering why I’m holding my hips in each shot, that is why! and I am getting a simple one hook bustle at the back which is pinned in this shot so I could see what it looked like.
- If any of you guys have a different idea for a bustle, please fire away
Hope ya’ll like it~

Ooo, very nice! I like how clean and simple (in the best of ways) that it is. It fits your body very well! And super cute with your shoes.

The belt is about 2 inches wide but is the same material as the dress, so its pretty hard to see. I think it would be easy to add more, but I am hoping to find some gals who have done it for advice

@Oneeleven: Do you mean you want to hand sew more beading onto the belt?
