I would suggest a blue or purple. I think most people look flattering in those colors. I'm doing navy for a spring wedding so I don't think they'll be too dark. You can always add an accent color to brighten things up.

Hi Ladies
I'm having two BM's for my wedding in February (Summer in my part of the world) and I'm having real trouble picking a colour for their dresses.
My problem is that one of my BM's is a redhead with pale skin on the pink side and my other BM is blondish and part dutch so very tan with yellow skin tones. I'd ideally like them to wear identical dresses but I need a colour that will suit both which so far is proving difficult!
Can any of you fabulous ladies help?
