Yes it’s me again. I’m just having fun with this and FI has seen all of my ring choices so it is now left to him to choose my ring. Unfortunantly he completly hated the vintage sapphire cluster ring that i really liked but he liked a few of the others. So I have one more poll for yall so please choose the one you like the most. Again, I am not wanting my ring to look bridal/traditional and I don’t intend on wearing a band. Thanks!
Ring 1-Oval Sapphire with Zarcon accent
Ring 2-Vintage Multi-stone Sapphire and White Topaz
Ring 3-Vintage Sapphire and Diamond

I like number 1 – its uncomplicated and lets the centre stone shine!

I like the third ring best. The first just doesn’t sit well with me for some reason, and I can’t quite put my finger on what that reason is. Maybe it’s the design of the band.
I’m not a huge fan of the second one because I prefer a defined center stone.
The third is just pretty and visually interesting (a good thing!) IMO. It would look great as a stand-alone without a wedding band.
Keep in mind that these are just my preferences, and I don’t mean to offend in any way! Whatever you choose will be great for you =)

I like the 3rd ring best because it looks the most balanced to my eye. Not that I don’t like the other ones because I do, but that would be my first choice and the 1st ring would be my second choice.

The second one looks the least bridal because it doesn’t have a centre stone. Otherwise choose the third one.
A better idea
If I were you I wouldn’t choose any of them but just get a very simple delicate gold ring with a very tiny white or coloured diamond in it, 0.05 points perhaps.
For example: http://www.anandakhalsa.com/shop/tiny-diamond-ring
Then when you get your final engagement ring you can use the tiny diamond as a surprise (peek-a-boo) diamond. This will give you a feeling a continuity between the two rings and make your final engagement ring feel very personal.
