I love love love these - i think they would be comfortable enough to wear all evening and should stay on your feet pretty well. then you can just buy the solemates heel stopper so you dont sink in the grass http://thesolemates.com/our-products/
I wore red shoes too! i loved them
http://www.amazon.com/Pour-Victoire-Womens-Evelia-Sandal/dp/B004OW0LMM LOVE these. I am very partial to wedges though. I hate walking in heels in the grass I feel like I always have to be on my tip toes.
http://www.amazon.com/Bridal-Butter-Womens-Camelia-B-Peep-Toe/dp/B003MQN0Q0 I have heard wonderful things about Butter but unfortunately I dont know much about dyeing shoes.
Thanks for the solemates suggestion. I should order some and wear them around the house just to see.

I own these covetable Red Randees. I love them as it is a beautiful bridal shoe and I would like to wear red shoes on my wedding day. It is my favorite color. I am used to wearing heels and wear 3-4 or even 5 inches all the time, but I think the 4 3/4 inches might be alot even for me especially in the grass. Our ceremony is outdoors and then we are moving indoors for the reception.

So I am looking for some others that might have a bit more stability (they are high but the footbed and ankle strap doesn't feel very stable because my feet are so narrow) What do you think or has anyone actually worn the Randee and survived dancing the night away?

These seem perfect, but I am nervous about paying so much and then getting them dyed if the dyeing doesn't turn out right. My seamstress said that she could dye shoes. Does anyone have experience with dyeing?

Or anyone else find the perfect danceable red shoes?
Thanks Bees! My seamstress wants me come in for my second fitting, but I haven't decided on the shoes yet! Btw my dress is ivory with silver lace accents.
