Been collecting pickle jars to use as vases we plan on using paper and or ribbon to the jars to make them not look like jars I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or tips about how to do this… PLEASE HELP 60+ pickle jars collected and im not sure if this is going to work…

I think even with just some flowers in them, they’d be perfectly lovely! How about settling votive candles into them and arranging them in groups?
You could even try faux mercury glass by painting the inside: http://www.bluebirdluxe.com/home/2010/1/10/find-and-faux-mercury-glass.html
A bit of paper ribbon around the lip would finish them off nicely!

i think they’d look pretty with just flowers like charmed said. Some ribbon or something could really jazz it up if you want.

I think the beauty of doing pickle jars/mason jars is their simplicity. They really do look lovely with just the flowers. Of course, if you want to dress them up, they look great too….but it is one less thing on your plate if you just leave them be. Here is a photo I came across…..

Love the strip of burlap. Would also look great tied with raffia.
