I'd love to help, but I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you looking for suggestions on other "different and greek" dresses?
I like the second one! I was very into the greek goddess kinda look too. Let me try to find the one I got. I had been looking through a bunch of magazines and I kept seeing this one dress. I was so shocked when it was actually from David's Bridal. So it was inexpensive- score! I'm gonna try to find it and show ya

Have you tried on dresses like this, or is this just from surfing the internet? I'm just wary of figuring out what you like before trying anything on just because for me it was so different what I thought I wanted and what looked good on my bod.
Well I can't find the bottom but its really free flowing and the train is so pretty. And when I wear it... I'm not gonna look dead in the eyes like the model, jeesh.

I saw this dress when I was looking (I know, I know, DB is not every girl's dream buying experience), and immediately was like "woah, what a cool greek dress!" SO maybe you'll like it?
hmm... it said my post had to be approved, so I'm not sure when it will show up, but DB has a number of styles that I feel are kind of 'greek'

@justthemaidofhonor-- that wasn't the price for the bridesmaid dress! for some reason, it's like over twice as much to get it in white! plus, we had a discount for ordering 6 dresses :)
@daydreamwanderer: that's a great dress, and the price is, like, the BEST!
@brattkatt22: I've seen a lot of goddess style dresses that have something unique to them, but it won't help to post some of them without an idea of your budget. ;) Any idea of what you want to spend? That might help!

My budget for a dress is 400 or less .. i guess i am just afraid of settling on a dress, since I'm not use to buying dresses and my experience trying them on wasn't all that good ... i hate how the woman at db wouldn't let me breathe or listen to what i was saying . I mean she was giving me dresses that were waaaaayyy out of my budget ,after i told her what i was willing to spend ..and then i told her i didn't like cinderella dresses on me .. ( i have a vision of me sitting down and having the bottom of the dress go up , so everyone sees my underwear..lol..)..she would give those to me ...So everytime she went to get a dress ..me and moh would look at dresses that were MORE ME ..lol...so I guess you can kind of understand that i am in need of some help...so please keep the sugges coming :)
@BrattKratt: Try J.Crew. They have lots of inexpensive dresses and they have that "flow-y" look that you seem to be going for.

I don't think the second one is very flattering up top, but maybe the picture is distorted! I like the first one... but what does the bottom look like?

I like both of these dresses ..but not sure ...I really wanted something different and greek .. but these are the closest i can get to being different ..so if anyone else has any ideas ..lol
