I am looking for pictures of real women in this dress! There are only two reviews on the site, and they are completely opposite — one loves it, the other hates it! I have been keeping an eye out for a floaty bridesmaid dress that offered enough coverage on top, and I think this could really be it… but it is online exclusive. I know I would personally feel uncomfortable buying a dress without seeing it in person first and especially to see how it fits (particularly my two very busty bridesmaids). I would not really want to make them buy it only to find out it looks horrible and be out the shipping and have to start over. Anyone see one in person?
I am thinking about just buying one for Future Sister-In-Law to see and then it’s on me to return it if it doesn’t work out. What would you do? (Also, I don’t totally 100% love it; I just think it does all the things I need it to do. I prefer a natural waist, but most of the dresses I really, really like are out of budget or would not cover enough on top.)

I think it is a really pretty dress. I think you should purchase one and the return it if it doesn’t work out. The girls really need to be able to try it on first. I was in a wedding once where we ordered and tried on like 3 different dresses before finding the best one. Kind of a pain, but worth it in the long run.

Is that the color you want or just the sample they’re showing it in? One thing about DB dresses I found, was that the online colors look nothing like they do in person.
If the dress has split reviews, what did the person say who hated it and what did they hate about it specifically?
We had a horrible time finding dresses for the one Bridesmaid or Best Man due to her bust size. Everything looked terrible, but the one strapless we found at DB was OK (but it did make her chest look squished in).
Make sure you order the suggested size by measurements and not the street size. They are usually 2 sizes larger in formalwear (by number).

@ItWasntMe: The one who hate it said it was unflattering (with the pleats and that it smushed her boobs), but the other reviewer said it looked great and flattered her figure better than other dresses! So even their reasons contradict each other.
That is the color I want to order it in; I switched it using their color options. I have seen Marine in person in other dresses, so that isn’t too much of a concern. I think I might just order one to see. I don’t personally want to be out the shipping money, either, though!
