Hey bees!
I have been away for a few days (booo for work being CRAZY this week but as many of you know, this is my LAST week! yayyy) and decided to come back with a fun thread...
All these picture threads have inspired me (I just love 'em!) to start one with pictures you have right after/same day as the proposal! @booboo showed a great one and I have one the same day as the proposal (not RIGHT after) and I love how crazy happy, in love and cheese'in we are.

Our photographer once worked with a couple where the guy hired the photographer to be hiding out in the bushes or canoeing by while he proposed on the dock. The photographer captured images of the REAL moment.
Very impressive.
This is taken right after :) He proposed on the trails behind his parents house, and this is when we went inside to spread the news! We're all cheesy & crazy happy too:)

Aw, so cute! I have no pictures of the actual proposal but we recreated a proposal shot during our e-pics.
Ooh, the image is huge. Sorry! The watermark is my sisters. She's training in photography so it was a great chance for her to build her portfolio.

Don't worry, I will totally BUMP this thread when my day comes. I'm seriously going to bring my camera any where I go with my SO, just in case...
Aw that one is so cute!!! This one is me, RIGHT after he proposed (it was at home, and a COMPLETE surprise, so please excuse my messy appearance!).
Sulli: that is an awesome picture...something you can look back on for years and years!!
Cute pictures. We don't have any pictures taken right after the engagement. We aren't really picture taking people (which is why all the pics I post on here are engagement and wedding pictures).
I would love to post mine, but FI is much more private than me and would not like to have his pic on the internet...
But...I totally took pictures the entire time! We were at a waterfall in Kuaui and he was down on one knee on this rock right before the waterfall went down. Cool pics! Imagine them in your head : )
This is a picture of after he proposed to me Valentine's 2009!! I wish we had a pic together we were both very happy and excited!!

We had went on a 4 mile hike to a beautiful waterfall on a Saturday. It is a place about 2 hours from our houses, and I had no idea what he was up to that day. We hiked up the waterfall, then we headed back down the trail after staying up there for about an hour...I was thinking, "Hm...I thought he might have proposed at that beautiful spot" Then, we were heading down the trail and he asked me to make sure his backpack was zipped and while he was turned around and I was zipping it up, he turned around and went down on one knee and asked, " Will you please spend the rest of your life with me?" I immediately burst into tears and shouted "YES"! It was the greatest day ever! I don't have a picture of us from that spot, but I have a couple pics from that day...The first one is the waterfall, the second one is the proposal spot!

I love this thread!!! Here's mine!! He actually recorded the proposal too!! So I have a video, I'm so grateful for it cause I watch it constantly!! but here's the photo!
Neele Wow boy were you dressed for the ocasion! You look great. I wish I would have been more dressed up but he proposed to me on Valentine's day 2009 on a cold beach...

The night he proposed we went to dinner then stopped downtown to meet some friends!
He knew that the one thing I really cared about regarding the proposal was that I'd have lots of pictures of it, so we have pictures of every part of it! Here's a couple of my favorites:

First one is a few minutes after the proposal, the second one is right after. We got engaged in Prague and we were all by ourselves in the garden where he proposed, so no photos of both of us.

I love these pics! We didn't think to do any pictures, but he did propose in a public place and I saw people snapping shots of us. So if anyone has a pic of a couple getting engaged in the Boston Public Garden in November 2007, send them this way!
This is from the day before he proposed and the picture is on the wrong side of the Ponte Vecchio, but you still get the idea. He actually proposed on New Year's Morning on the bridge while we were going for a run. Needless to say, I look much better in this photo! We don't have any of the actual proposal!

we don't have a pic (probably a good thing, as i was already in PJs!) but it's a pic in my mind =)
We have a couple from right after the proposal, but this is my favorite! We were both elated (obvi!) It was taken on my phone, so its not the best quality!

We got engaged in Aruba, two days into our vacation. We had just spend the day horseback riding in the sand and laying on the beach. He proposed over a sunset dinner with our toes in the sand.

My FI and I rented a boat and took a picnic! He proposed to me in the middle of lake tahoe :) Not the best picture of me, but I still love it! THEN we got home and there were balloons and chocolates all over our bed and champage! I have pics of that somewhere too...

We were at the beach with both of our families (it's really rare when we can get them all together because they live in diff states) and he took me aside and asked! <3
ooops forgot to post the picture of the ring! He didn't want to ask me my size bc he was afraid he'd spoil the proposal so it was a little too big when I got it :)
