Try calling up some local places that do barbeque. There is a place down the street from me, a restaurant, that offers pig roasts on Friday nights and I would imagine they'd let somebody know who they bought from

Okay, this comment may not be of any help since I don't know Pittsburgh caterers, but a pig roast sounds AMAZING :)
