omg do it! It'll do wonders for your body. I totally leaned out and my waist looked better than it had in my whole life. and i played 3 sports in high school, so i was impressed with my lack of muffin top. Not to mention all the core strength i got. i was strong in my core and back and i had fewer sore back days and all that kind of stuff. I did 2 sessions a week. It's great!!! It's a little weird at first, but give it a couple weeks to make sure you really hate it..sometimes people hate the first class b/c youre' too busy watching and trying to do the moves, instead of just doing them. it's a hard class--your butt'll kill you the next day!

Hi Hive,
I am thinking about taking a couple of pilates classes each week in order to tone up for my wedding (there's a pilates studio across the street from my house) and I was wondering if any of you have used pilates before and what your results were like.
