These are some of my favorites!

Brown Sugar & Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin – I would eat this glaze on anything. ANYTHING.

Coconut Chicken with Apricot Sauce

Brussels Sprouts with Maple Butter

Herb Crusted Tofu Marsala – I highly recommend this dish even if you think you don’t like tofu. I’ve made it for people who thought tofu was “so gross” and they loved it and helped themselves to seconds.

I’ve made all of these repeatedly over the past few months and highly recommend them. And now I need to start thinking about dinner because looking at all of these links has made me hungry 🙂

@allyfally:  Wow, sorry for making a comment – you mentioned one of the recipes you tried being unhealthy so I thought you might be looking for healthy recipes.

Thanks for these ladies. Although I’ve been cooking for years I’m still a recipe hoarder.

@Sassyfras27:  That tofu recipe looks so good. I’m still trying to convince FI that tofu is a legitimate food that people eat. Maybe that one will help.

This tofu stir-fry has done a pretty good job. I usually leave out the asparagus and just use more mushrooms.

And my new project is making some decent at-home Indian food. We recently tried and liked this veggie and chickpea curry.

@allyfally:  I try not to do too much Pinterest since I get sucked into it and want to get a copy of pretty much EVERYTHING I see. But I did come across this ridiculously over-the-top brownie recipe there. Haven’t tried it yet but it looks so good I had to share.

@SaraP2012:  I have! It’s super easy to make, especially if you use jarred sauce. I prefer homemade, so it took a little bit longer, but it was still easy. 🙂

I like baking more than cooking so the recipes I’ve tried have been largely baked goods.  Here’s the ones I really like.

1. White chocolate and raspberry cookies- so amazing and soft!  My fiance said he didn’t like them because of the raspberries lol, but everyone else I’ve given them to has enjoyed them.

2. Amish cinnamon bread- My mom used to make this for us when we were kids but for hers she had to be given a culture to start with, with this recipe there’s no need for one and it tastes just like I remember.

3. Andes Mints Pillows- These were a real pain in the neck… I ended up making the first batch and turning what was left into Andes Mints Shortbread Cookies.  Yum.

4. Campbells baked macaroni and cheese- We love this in my house.  I make it once a week cause its quick and easy.  Bonus on the super cold days because its just the right amount of warmth and cheesiness you need to make it comforting.
