What exactly do you mean by coordinator? I looked at the Aviary, Mattress Factory, the Warhol, the Society for Contemporary Craft, Children's Museum, and Hartwood Acres.... while all of these places had someone that was in charge of "event rentals" they we're what I consider a coordinator. They don't plan anything for you, coordinate with vendors for you or deal with menus or anything. I mean, some offered to recommend vendors and help with set up if I needed them to, but it didn't seem like they were going to be that involved in anything.

I think you mean a day of coordinator. I love to do this type of work and have loads of experience with all things wedding in the Pittsburgh area.

Even at friends weddings, I swoop in and fix things that go awry. For instance, on Friday at my friend's wedding she had forgotten to order a "toss Bouquet"... I grabbed the small set of roses from the service, and tied them up with ribbon from the pew bows and instant toss bouquet, saving the bride from having to throw her own! I have fixed cakes, fixed flowers, decorated cakes, done it all!

I am actually a calligrapher, but love all things wedding...
