I would look at vistaprint.com. There are tons of coupon codes out on the web, might be easier and cheaper.

I misread that you were looking to print them on your own- sorry! Perhaps you could buy a template on Etsy?

You can also get different size snowflake punches at the hobby stores.  Print your cards on whatever paper you want, and then punch a few snowflake cutouts into them.  You can also add different paper to the back so the snowflake becomes a color or sparkly.  Or you can punch the snowflakes out of glitter paper and glue them onto your menus, cards, etc.  I think I saw three or four different snowflake punches at Michaels.
