Do you mean an actual Japanese Tea ceremony? Do you know how to do it or are you planning to hire someone? I've been to an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony at the 4 Seasons but they brought in a girl to do the ceremony. It was over an hour. I can find you a girl if that is what you want
