I"ve got the church, the venue, the food, the officiant, the dresses, the tuxes, the drinks, the favors, the OOT guest bags, the hotel blocks, the transportation, the flowers. I"ve got the DJ, the photobooth, the cakes, the invitations. Two and half months left. What am I missing? I feel like I should be doing something.
It sounds like you are on top of the game! :gives high five: My only advice would be to possibly go through the check-list on the knot. Check off everything you've already done and anything you don't need, and just see if it promps anything. That check-list helped me alot when I felt like I was forgetting something. Good luck and oh don't forget to enjoy the whole thing!
small things like a garter, toasting flutes, caker cutter/server, list of songs for DJ, time line for wedding party. These are just a few little things I forgot about until the end.
Though I know you dont have your RSVPs yet -- you could start early on seating assignments if you are doing them? Try to group people and give each group a table number ... dont write it in permanent ink anywhere because you know things will change -- but it might make things easier in the end!! Also maybe make a timeline for yourself and a contact sheet of all your vendors and other important people. So eveything is in a quick reference guide.
