(Closed) planning ahead for the holidays

@rawrrawr I have just lost about twenty pounds, and I am really hoping to maintain my weight through the holidays!!! I seriously love the holidays, and I tend to eat way too much. I have used cheat days during my weight loss, so I have picked four days in November, and five in December ahead of time, so I know what days I can be more lenient on and eat a little more than I usually do. If I can maintain my weight, then I’ll be happy!!

@rawrrawr:  I am currently counting calories (1200/day).  I eat stuff like quinoa, chicken breast or ground turkey, non-fat yogurt, etc.  I started October 24 and have lost 4 lbs.  Hoping to lose at least 6 more before Thanksgiving.  I also walk 30 mins a day (when I take my dog out).

I was the lowest I’d been in the last five years when I gained 5 lbs just from Christmas cookies last year… ugh! It’s so darn tough during the holidays!
