Hehe, I like the term "falling pregnant". Makes it osund like some sort of accidental thing :)
We kind of have our eye set on March to start trying, but have already chickened out of our Christmas deadline, so we'll see.
We are planning on starting in March too! We are going on a vacation that I don't want to be pregnant for so we figured we would start trying while we were on it. It's so nerve racking to even think about it! eeks!
yes yes yes! I hope to get pregnant early this year.
But we just started TTC so I have no idea how long it will take :-)
Maybe I'm ridiculous to already be dreaming of TTC again... but I have my eye set on the end of the year. I'd love to have my little ones 18-24 months apart.
We'll see. Lots has to happen... like convincing my husband and I need to start ovulating again :) (I'm still breastfeeding.)
I will be going off birth control right before our one-year anniversary in September and, well, if it happens, it happens. I think our first child will probably be born sometime in the second half of 2012.
We're talking about it! We haven't set a definite date just yet, but we were talking about maybe this summer.

Getting knocked up is the first thing we want to do once we get married next month!
@jilian: we feel (or at least felt) the same way about spacing, but I'm starting to chicken out! We were going to start when LO was 13 or so months old (10/11), but I'm already chickening out. I had to skip skiing last year and this year it just isn't happening, so I don't want to skip another ski season...I know that would sound silly to some, but I used to live in CO, and I miss it! So, now I'm thinking maybe 1/12, but that is too far off to plan (even though I'm a project manager) ;)
We want to TTC in 2011. Its not offical... yet... but soon!! =-)
@cannotwait: ha! Not silly at all. I'm a snowboarder. I did go for 2 days this past winter but I hung out with the beginners and a 7 year old on the slopes. We took a big trip to Telluride in Fer and I just hung out all day while everyone else hit the mtns. We have a 4 day trip planned to WV this Feb and have been talking about going to VT or out west. Hubby mentioned saving our money this year and planning a trip next year to which I responded... but what if I can't ride again next year!! :) So I am right there with you!
@Kemma: LOL - We're the same way, but we have to wait another agonizing 3.5 months before starting (April wedding). Good luck to you!!
I'm on that list...stopping the pills this summer/fall, after our 2 year anniversary. We'll see--we're just now in a position to be able to realistically have these conversations
Our wedding isn't until October 8th. We'll probably start trying as soon the wedding is over. Or at least NTNT, meaning I'll be stopping birth control. It's crazy to think that a year from now I could be pregnant :)
WE ARE! We just started this week! :) We aren't getting married til March, so I'm hoping for a honeymoon baby if not sooner! I'm working on losing some weight, and my NYR is to lose 30 pounds and become pregnant by my 25th birthday in December. Here's hoping!
I'm hoping to be pregnant NOW! Lol In all reality though, I'd love to be pregnant anytime this year. My bio clock is ticking very loudly! lol
We have been discussing NTNT after our wedding in May. If it ends up happening during the summer by chance we'll be excited. If nothings happened by the middle of July we'll take it as a sign and put it off till next year. See I want to be selfish and shoot for a due date in the spring, that way I don't have to be dealing with late pregnancy in the yucky summer months (I'm uncomfortable enough in the summer as is).
We are and maybe am pregnant now.....ooppss! Wanted to really start on our St. Thomas vacation in February, but we pulled the goalie a few months ago. Either way I am very nervous, yet excited! So far 3 negative pregnancy tests but no monthly bill!!??!!
We are going to start trying in May/June! I would love to start before then but we have two big vacations planned. Wishing everyone the best of luck!
We're keeping our fingers crossed for a honeymoon baby! So, we plan to start trying on, ummm, September 10, lol.
We're hoping to start trying this year, but it depends on me getting a job (COME ON economy...sheesh).

We hope to start trying immediately after the June 4 wedding, although I'm open to starting NOW 
. I even gave FI the idea that we could play "Conception Roulette" - once a month we just go at it w/o prevention and if it happens then it happens. If not, it doesn't. He wasn't on board. I thought it would be really fun. and funny

Count me in! It's only our 2nd month TTC but our first month really, actively trying. I'm hoping to be knocked-up ASAP!
ME!!!! just a little excited;) we didn't use bc for 11 months & didn't get pregnant, so dr is starting me on something a month before the wedding to help me ovulate. we'd start ttc earlier, but once i bought my dress i went on bc, just incase, that way i knew i'd be able to fit in my dress, lol
Yep, will be TTC from wedding day. FI is actually a bit miffed I won't start TTC right now. Or a few months ago, preferably.
Did anyone else find their man did a full 180' from 'No kids! to 'kids now!' over a few years??!!
DH and I are hoping to be pregnant by the end of 2011. We'd love to start trying sooner, but I had a partial molar pregnancy (PMP) over the summer after I found out I was pregnant in June. Because of the PMP, I've been seeing a gynecological oncologist since September and I'm currently getting chemotherapy shots once a week until my hCG level gets back down to 0. Once I've gone 5 months with negative hCG lab reports, I'll be cleared. So, hopefully, we'll be luckier in 2011. :)
We are going to start TTC after my 30th birthday shenanigans (aka, lots of cocktails!) in October, and our big traveling plans this summer.
We just spent an evening with our friend's 3 week old baby (so sweet, eeeeeep!), and my husband def has the baby rabies. He would start today if I let us (I have an IUD, so I call the shots muhahahaha)

Our plan is to stop BC in June (our first anniversary). I am planning on charting using the book Take Charge of your Fertility as a guide, so hopefully we will conceive before 2012.
We're also on month 5 of trying, so I'm hoping that I can be on the pregnant in 2011 list soon!
Count us in! I am on my first cycle without the BCP (and I have PCOS). We have a big trip planned for our one year anniversary in June, so we will probably start actually trying in march or april...
right now we're NTNT, but we'll probably start actually TTC in april or may. it's weird because we both feel pretty ready, but none of our friends have kids or are pregnant. it'll be weird to be the first ones (if we are!)
I think we may be in for a 2011 pregnancy too! We weren't (aren't) planning to try until late Spring or early Summer, but I've already gone to my husband a couple of times and told him I've got the baby bug. But then I get scared and change my mind the next week. He said he wants to wait until at least I can come to him 2 weeks in a row before we realy start considering it :) My biggest fear right now though, is that I always wanted to be a stay at home mom and looking at our finances there is just no way that is going to be possible. I'm just not sure if I"m ready to give up on that dream yet or not. Ugh!!
