@Bdonohue:  That sounds like plenty of recovery mine! Just make sure that you have a GREAT surgeon, and not a back-alley-hack-and-slash-discount-nutjob!

I don’t know anything about boob jobs but I thought it takes about a month to recover? (Did I make this up?) so I would definitely think 5 months is plenty time to be wedding ready. My only concern would be if you ordered the dress already will it be roomy enough to accommodate your new boob size?

@Bdonohue:  I think you should be healed up in time for your wedding day. Implants do take a few months to “settle”. The only (obvious) thing that you might want to avoid is alterations to your dress. Have you found your dress yet?

@Bdonohue:  That is plenty of time, no doubt about it. I, too, am hoping for a visit from the “Boob Fairy” prior to the wedding 😉

I had a reduction and by five months I felt great. I am sure implants will be fully healed by then as well.

@Bdonohue:  Sounds good!  Ditto PP about finding a good doctor and doing research. Good luck!

5 months will be plenty of time!  I had a Breast Aug in December and in a month I felt like myself again and was wearing low cut stuff on Valentines Day so I think 5 months will be more than enough time.  I probably wouldn’t do it less than three months before a wedding though.
