Those are cute :)
another option
they have a ton of colors!
p.s. your dress is GORGEOUS!
If you vote No I'd like to hear your opinion. :)
Where are you getting married? I could see those shoes working for an informal beachy wedding but not something in a fancy ballroom.
Thank you Coccinelle! I'll keep that as an option. I'm leaning towards these but just am not a 100%.
And thanks for the compliment on the dress :D :D
I'm kind of not a fan. I think your dress looks a little too formal for a pair of flip flops like that. Sorry, just my opinion. If its just comfort you're looking for, they have lots of other options that would look much more dressier and still have comfort in mind.
you're welcome! Zappos has a ton of flat sandal options in a size 12 :)
Its not beachy but not at all formal.
Wedding will be in my very new, modern, downtown, hip church. Reception in a Dinner/Theater venue downtown.
Yeah, I'm not sold on them for that venue. I'm not a big fan of fancy flip flops as formal wear ever though.
These new Nina rosette flipflops are ADORABLE.. but they only go to an 11.. would that maybe work? or is their no way?

I have no idea how much these are or what size they go up to, but I think something like these could work. Your dress has a very "greek goddess-like" look to them.
The dress is so pretty but the shoes are just too casual. While I'm a fan of colored shoes, I think if you're going to go with flip-flops or sandals they should be white to blend in. If they are colored, keep it to one color--what I especially don't like about these is the brown sole and the brown stitching. They just don't seem to fit in with the style of your dress which is much more elegant.
Is that a maggie sottero? I love it! I'd perhaps go for something more delicate for the shoe as the dress is so elegant. But I'm in Oz so can't help with where you can find them sorry!
I think the shoes are too casual for your wedding and for your dress. They would be great shoes for the RD or the honeymoon but I just dont think they are nice enough for a wedding!
To me, those shoes are not appropriate for anything other than a beach wedding or a backyard BBQ reception.
I wear and 11 and I feel your pain trying to find great shoes!
What about these? Very simple, $49 and availible in a 12 (Endless.com has a lot of options in a 12, and a good search function so you can narrow by size color, etc)

I am also trying to have as small of a heel as possible for my wedding, and I am going with these, which have a 1 1/2" heel, but are availible in many colors and in a 12 for $54:

though they are a little casual-looking, naturalizers are oh-so-very-comfy ;)
Your dress is gorgeous and, well, in my eye those shoes are just way too a) casual and b) clunky.
I think some previous posters have posted some great stuff, though!
Thank you everyone for your opinions. It's so hard for me to picture things together. Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I really appreciate it. They're a little to high on the heels though because my FI is my height so I really can't even do a kitten heel.
My only other options are these from Dyeables. But they're $50, non refundable, and I wouldn't be able to try them on.

I think they're a little casual, and I kind of thought you were having a beach wedding when I posted yes, but I still think they could work. If you're happy with them, that's all that really matters. And they'll be hidden by your dress most of the time anyway!
Go to zappos.com. I just typed in sandals, size 12, dressy, flat, under $50 and got 1 choice (in three colors). There were a ton more options if you're willing to go up $10-15. Or you can go low heel (under an inch) for even more options. You can even choose by width.
Check it out!
That dress is so pretty! and it looks GREAT on you! I don't think that those really go with your dress there. Why can't you wear heels though?
I love the dyeables. I was actually going to suggest them but I wasn't sure how you'd feel.

:) So I emailed my sister but she has yet to get back to me. So I turn to the bees and ask, will these shoes work with my dress??
My dress: (please excuse my lack of a smile in the first one, I really was happy)
