ETA: Voted for "From this moment", but I really prefer the duet version of Shania + Bryan White 
You could dance to "crazy love" from the Movie "Michael"... i dont know who sings it... it hink ray charles....
The only country song I can think of at the moment is "I Won't Give Up On You" by Jordyn Shellhart (google it, you should find the lyrics...they're like wedding vows). Unfortunately, the song is unreleased and you can't buy it anywhere (I have it though)...so that probably does you no good lol.
As far as other styles of music go, I really like Cat Power's version of "Sea of Love."
if your after a country style song you're my best friend by don williams is a lovely song

I love just about every song on that list! You have some really good options. But I really love God Gave Me You by Blake Shelton! Its one of my all-time favorites, and I think it would be a great first dance song.

I thought I had it. George Strait I Cross My Heart
but every time my FI hears it it reminds him of the movie and George Strait's horrible acting. "Get the hell out" LOL (Sorry George)
