Hello everyone!!! First of all I need to apologize in advance because English is not my first language and I know I’ll be making a lot of grammar mistakes. anyways back to my issue, I was with my fiance today and he was texting his friend, I look and saw that he was talking about girls, I asked to see and he refused to show me the phone, I took it and saw that they were talking about going to the movies, the last text from my FI said that theyll be going and they could invite some girls. I’m really upset because he says it was a mistake that he didn’t want to go and the message was suppose to say that his friend could invite some girls. I just dont believe him and I don’t not what to do, I’m hurt and disappointed…
am I over reacting? please advise…

I hate to say this but… LEAVE HIM.
I would be willing to bet money that he is a cheater.

@FutureA: First off…
1) Why weren’t YOU invited? If it were a “guys only” night, then why are girls invited?
2) And WHY on Earth is his friend (singular) inviting girls (plural)?
As him this…or better yet, don’t waste your time with a guy like this. BE that woman that stands up to him and walks….

I really really hate to say this, but if it was a genuine “mistake”, he wouldn’t have been trying to stop you from seeing his phone. He is acting dishonestly, and I would be willing to bet that if you did a little digging you would find out it goes further. I think you should consider leaving him. I’m so sorry

The fact that he didn’t want you to see his phone is the most suspicious part. If he had nothing to hide, then he would just let you see it, and his explanation would far more convincing.

Give him the boot! You deserve better.

I’m not necessarily sold that going to the movies with girls is the problem (what if they’re mutual friends? Coworkers? etc) but the fact that he’s acting sketchbag about telling you is definitely a huge problem.

Before I saw the text he asked to stay over because he was not feeling like going out. He says that if he would wanted to go out with girls and his friends he would not asked me to stay over… He invited me in the morning but I had things to do (clean for today, family Is coming over.) Honestly I don’t know what to think, he seems worry but I still not believe it was a mistake 🙁
Thanks everyone for replying!
