I don’t see any errors and the wording seems fine.  The only thing I notice is you put (I assume) Mr. and Mrs. John Smith (that style) for your parents and his parents.  I would just make sure they are happy with it being written that way.  I know I personally would prefer something like Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Smith, but I know I might be in the minority.

Spelling looks good from what I can see. Some of the capitalization looks strange though (for example, why is only the word “Five” capitalized in the last row?); I think either all the words should be in the same case (small caps) or all the words should start with a capital.

I like the design on the side!

I agree with PP. I think five should be lowercase. I really like the design!

@PaisleyMedic:  Here’s how I would do it:

Together with
Mr. and Mrs. Name

Bride
&
Groom
son of Mr. and Mrs. Name

invite you to join in the celebration
of their marriage
Saturday, the twenty first of June
two thousand fourteen
at five o’clock in the evening
Location

Reception to follow

You could also do something similar to this:

Mr. and Mrs. Brides Parents
invite you to join in the celebration
of the marriage of their daughter

Brides Name

to

Grooms Name

son of Mr. and Mrs. Grooms Parents
Saturday, the twenty first of June
two thousand fourteen
at five o’clock in the evening
Location

Reception to follow

@PaisleyMedic:  Gotcha! I hear you about adding your in law’s on there. I didn’t think twice about adding ‘son of’ on ours. I think H was surprised to see their names on the proof, but didn’t complain.
