I’ll have an outdoor wedding.
Below is my wedding venue:
The reception and dancing floor will be like this:
Now I can’t decide which shoes I should wear…
Option 1: my old wedges: If I wear this, I won’t have to worry about walking. This can also be my “something old”. But it seems “not bridal” enough???
Option 2: Jimmy Choo Isabel Glitter Pumps: This will look great in person and in pictures. But I’m concerned that it will be difficult to walk…
Please give me your honest opinions. I really appreciate it!!

I say go ahead and treat yourself to the Jimmy Choos if you really want them… when else would you have the opportunity?! But maybe bring along a backup pair of flats or the comfy wedges to change into if your feet aren’t used to the heels.

@kestane: Thank you for your suggestion.
I’ve bought a pair of prada pumps for my tea ceremony. Even though the tea ceremony will take less than half an hour, I don’t feel I spend too much on the prada because I’m sure I’ll wear them in the future.
But I’m not so sure about the Jimmy Choo… Since I bought them home, I keep wondering whether it’s worth to keep them — will I end up not really wearing them in the wedding (i.e., just putting there for pictures but not wearing them for walking)?

Oh my gosh. Those “something old” wedges are ADORABLE.
The Jimmy Choo shoes… Eh, everyone wears shoes like that. Be comfortable. Be beachy. Be unique. Wear the Clarks! 🙂

Both are cute! I love your wedges actually!

I think the wedges are cute and comfortable and would go really well with the overall look. I can’t imagine having to walk outdoors in those pumps… just think about sinking into the ground every time you step/stand still.
If you want more bling, you could do that thing to them where people glue crystals all over their shoes. I forget what it’s actually called… but the results always seem to look very sparkly and pretty. Strassing or something?

@Ringer101: Not sure if you’ve already decieded but I LOVE your Clarks Wedges, I acutally think they look bridally enough for your venue and if they are comfy then why not?! I’m also wearing a pair of shoes I know will be comfy for me 🙂

I have just brought those same Jimmy Choos but mine are the sparkly white ones instead of the silver. They were so comfy and so easy to walk in. So, I say go with the Jimmy Choos! They are gorgeous!
