What about Clark Gardens? I don’t know too much about the venue other than what’s on their website, but it looks like they have the room to accommodate your large guest list and they allow alcohol.

There’s also Ashton Gardens, but I’m guessing it would be pretty expensive for that many people.

Have you checked out The Orchard? It is beautiful! I know they allow your own vendors but not sure about the time limits.

Sorry to be Debbie Downer, but have you considered cutting the size of your wedding? I know it’s hard to make that decision, but that’s part of what goes into planning a wedding in the real world. If there’s family pressure to include 300 people, you could each ask your parents (or the relative that is pushing for more people to be invited) to contribute more.

I want to say our venue had a max capacity of 300 – Scottish Rite Library & Museum in downtown Dallas. It’s pretty much all inclusive, you have to use their caterer for food and alcohol, they provide the tables and chairs and whatnot and we could stay until 12 on Saturday. It may be too far for your guests, though.

@Miss Coach:  Yay good suggestion 😉

Clark Gardens is where we got married and they have an expansive site that can definitely accomodate your guest list. They are WONDERFUL to work with!
