the shop where you tried it on should be able (and are legally required) to tell you who made it, if not the specific dress.

The Casablanca 1831 doesn't have the pick-ups that this dress appears to have or as full of a skirt, but it is quite similar. Maybe that dress with a few modifications and the alternative straps offered for the back? Casablanca has 2 options for the back straps for the 1831 (only 1 is published, other must be discussed at a bridal salon).
I have no idea. But it looks great on you. Good luck trying to figure it out.

I'd be very grateful to anyone who can help identify this dress for me (Designer and style name would be absolutely wonderful!!) Please note **the flower accent on the left strap is not part of the dress, it is a flower accessory**.
