Did you get a sample to see in person? I know a lot times color will look different on the computer monitor than is does in person. If you can I would suggest doing that and then deciding.
The design is very pretty though and I actually don't think the invitation needs to match exactly. I see touches of gold on the bird and the swirl on top.
I like the golD. You're not going to get true gold unless you print on metallic paper. You couldmay be use a stardream to get a little shimmer if you really wanted. The pink is definitely leaning pretty far toward a purple shade. If you don't want a fuschia I would change it. I didn'teven notice the q until I looked really closely so if you like it I don't think it's tacky at all. I might wonder what it was for I'd I saw it and didnt know you had a son and his name but I assume most of your guests would be privy to that info.
Also have you blanked out the info or is there really notime or location on he invite?
The gold is good, but the "pink" is definitely purple. I don't think that that computer screen can be the only thing making it look that purple. Other than that, very nice design. No one will notice that Q, but if they do it does seem like a mistake in the design. Those who know your son's name would probably get it though. I thought it was going to be something in the way the & was made, lol.

Hi Bee's!! Please help me decide if our wedding invite design is reflecting the correct colors. Our wedding colors are pink and gold and the card should match that but I'm unsure if the gold part (mostly the background) looks more beige and the pink swirl towards the bottom is appearing more purple. I feel color blind and I’ve been staring and critiquing this invite to much so now I’m afraid my view is jaded! Also is the little hidden Q (for our son) tacky ? Please help give honest opinions.
