Hello bees! I am doing some wedding band shopping, and came across this ring from a vintage seller. I think its antique look and flowery design are just charming.
What do you all think, should I go for it? Is it worth the price for a vintage ring, albeit one in very good used condition?
PS. My e-ring is vintage too. BUT I should add that I’m not planning on wearing any band I choose with my e-ring; it will be a standalone band, so matching is irrelevant 🙂
$175, 2.2 grams of 14k gold, about 3.5mm wide.

Very nice! I say get it, I think it’s a real beauty, a piece of art and a classic at the same time.

The price is great! If you love it, buy it!

Seems like a really good price! Maybe you could ask them to photo the metal stamp inside before purchasing, just to be sure?
What a beautiful and unique ring though. Love the engraving! It’s very romantic.

Also, it will match any jewellery you pick because of the two tone metal. Yes, get it!

It’s very pretty, will you be wearing it alone? Or with your new moissy? I think this ring on your left with your original ering on your right hand would look fantastic.

Sounds like a great deal. Pounce, say I!

I agree I think get a picture of the photo stamped metal… worse thing is that your ring could turn green after paying that money and loving it!! It’s really intricate I love it!

Mrsns07 I am so indecisive lol! I think I will realistically be mixing up ALL those possible combinations… alone, with moissy, e-ring(s) on right hand… I like options, evidently. 😛 I think I’m going to be one of those people with a “collection” of bridal type rings. I’m from a culture where the wedding set is worn on the right hand, but I live in Canada, soooo I have an awesome excuse to have a set on each hand and feel justified, lol. 😀
Thank you all so much for your comments! I think I will be “pouncing” on it 🙂 Those were all exactly my thoughts, like matching because it’s two-tone.
It is definitely 14k, the seller had a picture with the stamp. Very wise advice though! Yeah, I was mostly concerned with the “is it a good deal for the money” aspect.

Still not totally sure :/ We’re not in a super great financial place atm, … but then again, one does need a wedding band.
