Hello Bees,

I have finally chosen my wedding dress after many months of looking and trying on tonnes of dresses... here she is, Maggie Sottero Tabitha:

The dress I have ordered is in Ivory (more images on Maggie Sottero website).

I think it fits in with a vintage glam feel so I need a bit of help accessorising, all suggestions welcome!

Veil, tiara, jewellery... even hairstyle and makeup tips would be fab!!

I also have a second dilemma. I have paid half of this dress about three weeks ago and LOVE it. But this week I found out I've won a prize of a designer dress, I have never won anything in my life!!! I just go to the bridal store that carries them and choose one for under $2000. Well... what should I do?? Should I choose one and have a second dress, maybe a tea dress? Buy one and sell it on ebay or the like? My fiance actually can't believe I am stressing that I've won such a good prize hah.

Hope you can help me with the two dilemmas. I do have photos of myself in Tabitha if that helps in accessorizing.

Good advice on the second dress, thanks ladies! I am going on Saturday with my lovely Maid of Honour to pick one... we have to keep it quiet that I already have one though hah.

Just need to pick my accessories for this dress. So torn on how to go with it.

This is my dress too! Anxiously waiting for it to come in... ordered in October.

I am stuck with accessories to. I know I am wearing the full length veil as shown on the website, no tiara but maybe a pearly hair clip thing!

I would love to see any photo you may have- I search the net reguarly trying to find real people wearing it! Can't wait til it comes in!

I have also chosen my second dress, the one I won. I am going to decide on the day whether I will wear it as my evening dancing dress or whether to just sell on ebay.

Really pleased at how structured the mermaid looks on your picture- the first sample I tried on was brand new and the mermaid skirt was just like on you photo and I loved it. The second sample I tried on however had been travelled around the country, ripped and was in a bad way- the skirt hung quite limply. I ordered anyway and since then have hoped that the mermaid skirt on my brand new dress would be more firm- like the first sample and like you photo- so I am very pleased to see how perfect the dress looks in you pic!

Have you any thoughts about hair? I am wearing mine up- I will try and attach a picture of how I would like it.

When is your dress due to arrive?? Are you in the US?

I love the hairstyle by the way, I have seen something very similar... either wavy and up like that or wavy and half up/down.

Is your makeup going to be like Eva's above?
