This is my dress and I like the fullness of the skirt in this pic. Which of the following slips do you think would best help me achieve this effect? (The descriptions above are based off the information provided on the website).
Slip A: Low volume. No hoop.
Slip B: Description says Medium Volume. With Hoop.
Slip C: Description says Mid/Full Volume. (Looks like) With Hoop
Slip D: Fullest Volume. (Looks like) No Hoop

I would discard the no-hoop slips. With all those layers, I think you’ll like having a hoop that allows you to walk more easily, especially if you’re wearing heels. Also, your dress looks more A-line than ballgown to me, so out of instinct I would go with Slip B.

Can you go to the store and try some on with your dress?

Westwood: The ones that I’ve tried on are too short or aren’t the right shape. It looks like the only place I’ve been able to find them is online.

At first i picked B but then i made c for my selection because I think that the dress should stand out a little more.

I don’t know where you’re getting the idea that some of those have hoops…if it doesn’t say hoop skirt, then it’s not a hoop skirt. Hoops are also generally very large and noticeably affect the movement of a dress. I personally am not a fan unless you’re wearing one as part of a period piece costume.
You definitely need to get the dress and try it on first. It may have a built-in petticoat. In addition, the shop seamstress will be able to add crinoline layers directly into the dress so you don’t need to wear a slip at all.

Christy42213: Actually, as I mentioned, the description says it has a hoop. I have seen the exact same slip as B before and the innermost layer has an adjustable wire hoop. B and C are almost identical except that C has an extra layer of crinoline.
I do already have the dress in my closet, but the 2 alterations people I spoke to said I needed to have my shoes and slip before I brought the dress in to them.

I think B would give you the fullness you want.
