    @cestvrai:  I am of no help.  They both look great!  What type of mood do you hope to create ?

    @cestvrai: They both suit you, though the lace is more demure and as it’s your dream dress, I think 2’s the one.

    They both look amazing but I voted for the first one.I fell like I have seen the second one 1000000 times on the bee.

    I voted for the second one – It really suits your figure. I like the contrast of the belt in the first one though, have you considered a more contrasting belt on the second one.

    @cestvrai:  Both are equally flattering.

    The first dress gives you more presence. It’s a power dress.

    The second dress  makes you look, as someone said, “demure” but also elegant. As someone said it is a fairly common thing (lace trumpet dress) but I also think that perfect lace trumpets such as yours are a new classic.

    @cestvrai:  I voted for the lace mainly because I’m a sucker for lace (my dress is also lace), and because you have a great body for the silhouette. I’m also not a huge fan of taffeta. If you want my honest opinion, seeing them side by side the first dress looks kind of cheap to me compared to the other one. I think that if the second one is your dream dress and you can afford it, you should definitely go for it.

    You look fabulous in both!  I voted for the second dress only because it shows off your lovely figure better!  You could wear either one.

    @cestvrai:  I am surprise I voted for the 1st dress as I’m not usually drawn to taffeta. I love the 1st dress as I think it looks more classic, elegant and the neckline is just perfectly shaped and the bodice pleats are a lovely subtle detail.

    Although the 2nd dress does look nice it has been DONE many many times over. I am not a fan of the sweetheart neckline, it looks too broad and points outwards towards your armpits, it looks awkward.

    @cestvrai:  I love the first one, but I love a natural waist a-line, I think they shrink the waist (you have a great waist naturally so that’s not really a factor).  It sounds like you prefer the second though, which is lovely too.  Have you discussed it with your FI?  Mine hates lace so that made my choice easy, maybe yours has a preference.  I’d vote to weigh comfort pretty heavily though, you’re going to be in it for a long day and you want to feel good.  Both dresses are gorgeous so whatever you choose you’ll look amazing!

    I think they both look great on you. I have a slight preference towards the first but that’s more because it’s more my personal taste.

    I do however think you should pick the second one. The fact that you searched for it even when you already had a dress has to say something. I think you’d be regretting it if you didn’t choose it.
