This is fun! If you let us know your budget, I’ll post some links and pics for you. Starting the ring shopping process can be overwhelming so this thread should lead you in the right direction!

Definitely check out etsy! I would get something like this or this. They’ve got so much inexpensive and gorgeous gemstone rings!

@ready2beehis:  I would look for a cluster of stones to make a bigger stone on your ring.  I fell in love with an engagement ring that was only $2,000 at Macys, it was an invisible halo, cluster diamond ring.  I didn’t end up getting it because we didn’t get a cluster ring.   It looked huge and beautiful on my finger and keep in mind if you sign up for a macy’s card you will get 40% total off a purchase.  You should go look there.

@ready2beehis:  Congrats on your engagement!

You have tons of options for rings in your budget, I would echo what other bees have saif, and suggest you look around on Etsy. There are sooo many amazing options. You could also check out and if you don’t mind second hand, is another option.

I don’t know if this is your style/size, but I am selling a beautiful set on diamondbistro right now,

Good luck, I hope you find your perfect ring!
