I wore orange shoes for my wedding in Oct. 2010. I ordered shoes that were able to be dyed and sent them away to be dyed orange. The company mailed me back a swatch of what the color on the material of the shoes would look like. I then called them, gave my approval and they were in my hands in about 4 days. I love my wedding shoes. One of my two favorite things from our wedding.
You're probably going to have to dye shoes to get the color you want - it isn't a popular "general" color that i've seen manufacturers make. My wedding photog shot a wedding where the bride had dyed shoes in burnt orange, and they were gorgeous. I'd go that route!
I looked for burnt orange heels for weeks & there was nothing. I looked at every bridal store & prom shop I could find, tried ebay, etc. I don't remember seeing any orange shoes, I'm not sure why. You can get dye-able ones & have them dyed for you. I remember I went to an Alfred Angelo shop & they have a burnt orange color they can dye shoes.

I am also doing burnt orange for my wedding - my accent color is champagne. What I've decided to do is one of three things: 1) Dye my shoes (per the advice of others - thank you Bees!) 2) Buy shoes in accent color (for me, champagne) or... 3) make my shoes my 'something blue' along the lines of royal sapphire. I'm just afraid the orange and blue will look a little funky!

I'm looking for a fun/fashion forward burnt orange high heel shoe for my wedding in September. I've looked everywhere I can think of but nothing has cought my eye. Something along these shoes but burnt orange. PLEASE HELP!!!!
