Ok sorry for delay!  They are by Helen’s heart  but I purchased from Rose Tree Boutique in west virginia when i was randomly shopping while in town for work.  I can try to find out the stule # if you like them.  they run about a half size small on me , normally I  wear 8.5 but the 9 was more comfortable..  they were expensive but no where near what those beauties you found probably cost! here are the websites

i forgot to put the foot form inside the shoe so thats why the one side isn’t standing up. the other shoe’s side is standing up  perfectly but its still wrapped in paper.  I bought for my wedding but went with a more covered style since it was freezing! Let me know if I can help ! Sorry for sideways pics

@cupcakebride2013:  Those are gorgeous! I couldn’t find those exact shoes, may be a custom order situation.  But they were also pricey! If you are feeling crafty, you might start with a blingy t-strap and add your own high quality rhinestones!

I’m sure there are other places out there, but this was my first rhinestone search, and the guy seems to know his stuff!

And this is a how-to-bling-your-shoe tutorial.

Maybe DIY isn’t your thing, but it might not hurt to try!

@cupcakebride2013:  Super pretty shoes! I’ve seen those floating around Pinterest too.

I found these that are similar, but not exactly.

Faux Jewel Slingback Sandals

I’ll keep looking.

@cupcakebride2013:  You could do a diy with these shoes and these matching ebay brooches

I’ve done it before with other heels, I took both to a shoe repair place and they attatched them for less than twenty bucks! It’s worth looking into esp if you want a certain look! I’m right there with you!

@cupcakebride2013:  Since the wedding was hosted by David Tutera, I found an archived post on details about the couple.

http://ijorere.com/wordpress/the-wow-factor-carrie-ajays-wedding-inspired-by-david-tutera/

And it lists these:

Bridal attire : Oscar de la renta and Rene Caovilla
Bridal jewelry : J Scott private jewels

I guess, I can assume that her shoes can be from either Oscar or Rene (both incredibly pricey, but I don’t know what your price range is) or a custom order from either one.

Or she took some strappy sandals and put loads of jewels on them to make those incredible shoes. Either way. DIY could be the best way to go! 🙂
