Try the FRER. It’s more sensitive and reliable. You may want to hold your pee for a few hours and not drink a lot so that the urine is concentrated (first morning urine is ideal).

Do a four hour hold. That means hold your pee for four hours and don’t drink much at all so as not to dilute your pee. It simulates FMU and would give you a more accurate result.

@Mrs.Maeby:  I would maybe have like one glass of water in the four hours.

It’s hard to say until you try a FRER. Blue dye is more likely to give false positives, but it could be that the two tests came up negative because you didn’t have enough urine or it was too diluted after the first one.

I don’t think that you can trust the negatives that you got since you didn’t test with concentrated urine. If you are PG, then there may not be enough HCG in your system yet to register everytime you pee. That’s why you do a four hour hold to allow the HCG to build up in your urine and give you a more accurate result.

I’ve always read/believed that there are many false negatives but rarely false positives, since its detecting the presence of a specific pregnancy hormone (HCG):

Most women who have a positive pregnancy test are pregnant and only a few are not. One cause of a false positive pregnancy test is that you do not read your urine pregnancy test correctly.
