I think it would look lovely with a tulle birdcage veil!

I wore a shoulder-length veil with a silver pencil edge, and for me, it was perfect. You could look into getting a ribbon edge in one of your wedding colors, or rhinestones, or pearls, and I think those would all be lovely 🙂

I’m sure you & your dress will look beautiful at a community art center! It doesn’t look or sound like a poor fit to me at all.

Even better than tulle birdcages are MINI tulle bird cages. I think that’s what I’m doing. Tessa Kim has some fabulous well priced ones. I feel like it’s a nice dramatic touch without being over the top. My FI saw a pic of me in a long veil and said I looked like a ghost so I decided then and there it was bird cage for me.

I am probably a little biased because this is MY dress but it’s beautiful!!! 🙂 I’m going with a cathedral length veil with lace on it. Any veil will look nice with this dress!!

carlsolindsay:  I think that dress is beautuful, and I also think you could match a lot of hair pieces to it.

What about doung something really fun and modern to give yourself more of an edgy feel?

I know there are a lot people who will think I’m crazy for suggesting this, but I think this is adorable, and would work with just about any dress(almost):

Or something like this?
