Hi, Ladies. We are having a church wedding at 10 a.m. and we were told to be at the church by 9:30 p.m. We would like to do our first look at the church at 9 a.m. We are staying in a hotel 3 miles from the church for about 10 min. drive. My questions is given the time we have to be at the wedding with 6 ladies to have their make-up and hair done (including me/bride), what time do we need to start getting ready?!? Also, what is a good breakfast to eat for the day of the wedding?!?

Well, is it just one hair stylist and one makeup artist for everybody? If so, then I would probably start getting ready like really early (I’m also a panicer). Probably like 5am lol. It takes like 30-45 minutes to do the makeup, and I’m assuming, depending on the hair style, it’s probably in the same range.
I also plan to eat a vegan protein shake on my wedding day because it won’t make you at all bloated due to the low calories, and also lack of sodium.

My dad had ordered a tray of bagels and fruit for us, and went and picked it up and brought it to our room where we were gettin ready so we munched while getting hair/make up done.
We had myself, 5 BMs and 2 mom’s get hair/make up done. There was 1 MUA and 2 hair stylists. We started at 9:30 AM and were done around 3.

We had to be ready for photos at 10am. We started getting ready at 6;45am. I had my hair and makeup done, and 3 of my BMs had their hair done.
Are you having a professional come to you, or are you going to a salon? That would affect my timeline suggestion. If someone is coming to you, and it is just one person, I’d suggest around 5am, which would allow 40 minutes per person for a total of 4 hours.
As far as breakfast goes, my MOH’s husband volunteered to go to Starbucks for all of us. He took our coffee orders and brought them back. My BMs brought OJ and champagne for mimosas, and I brought energy bars, fruit and muffins from Costco. Eat something light that won’t upset your stomach, and drink some caffeine if you’re not a morning person!
