I should be at the gym right now but I'm too lazy. What is my problem? I can't get my arse off the couch. two hours until the gym closes, and I am nowhere near motivated. Does anybody else ever have this problem? Please tell me I'm not alone, and what I can do within the next ten minutes to give myself a burst of energy
