Sorry to hear your venue fell through! That's not good. I know many of the estates throughout Los Angeles/Beverly Hills allow outside catering. Also try the Ebell Club of Los Angeles and Marvimon. Both gorgeous venues!! I *think* they both offer outside catering, but I'm not 100% sure.
Best of luck! I'm sure you will find a great venue. :)
Temescal Gateway Park allows outside catering. Beautiful location in the santa monica mountains. The surrounding area and beach down the hill provide awesome photo locations.
Also Malibu west beach club allows outside catering.
These are the places I had on my list that allow outside vendors: Adamson House, Clark Estate, Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden, LA River & Gardens Center, Marvimon and SmogShoppe. Good luck!
Woo hoo Iwantsweets! I am getting married at Temescal as well! Which hall are you using?
Another afordable, super cool Los Angeles location in Buerge Chapel and Aldersgate Retreat Center http://www.aldersgateretreat.org/
I was a Marvimon bride - great venue! Also check out their other site - Smog Shoppe.
I believe the Interpretive Center in Palos Verdes allows outside catering too.
I'm fairly certain the Pacific Asia Museum allows outside caterers.
I believe that SaddleRock allows outside caterers, as long as they are insured.
you might be able to get a state park on a beach or go with a municipal building or a grange hall. it could save you a bundle too!
Try most museums or houses. Clarke Estate is good affordable.
Here is a list of places if u are interested that I have compiled.

MrsLeopard was right. The Pointe Vicente Interpretive Center in Palos Verdes only allows outside catering. It is right on the water, but there are time limitations. I'm going to take photos there and seriously considered the location, but ended up with a family friends house.
Covina Hills Ranch Estate is a new venue, available, and flexible. They have a facebook page. We had our wedding there and we brought outside catering and our own alcohol too.
Grace E. Simons Lodge

South Coast Botanic Garden
This thread is pretty old and I see that op's wedding date has come and gone, but I have a place to add to the list. I got married at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley. It is a beautiful private estate/ranch. I would not put it in the reasonably priced category because you have to bring in EVERYTHING (caterer, bartenders, all rentals, even bathrooms!) but is is a gorgeous outdoor venue! www.hummingbirdnestranch.com
I'm getting married at Beverly HIlton Hotel - part of the reason we choose it is because they're letting us do outside Russian catering..so chances are they probably allow other outside catering. worth a look at least.

I was just informed this weekend that I no longer have a wedding venue =( There was a mix up and now I have to find another place for my wedding. Can you suggest any places in Southern California that allow outside catering? Preferably within Los Angeles county, Ventura County, or Malibu area? I am truly desperate and have been searching endlessly for two days. I have tried herecomestheguide.com theknot.com etc and none of their results end up panning out or the date is already booked. Not necessarily looking for a hotel, anything that allows outside catering will be great whether it be estates, ranches, etc. Please help, thank you for your time! =)
