I’m having a bit of a dilemma with my ceremony site. The plan was to get married in front of the gazebo, but then I realized there is not a way to have a proper aisle. There are only 2 entrances to the garden area, and everything but the entrance has bushes and flowers around it. The entrances are pretty close to the gazebo so It seems weird to just enter next to everyone then walk behind them to go “down the aisle”. Hopefully you’ll see what I mean from the pictures and my terrible drawing. One option my FI brought up is getting married in front of the oak tree that is across from the gazebo. It has a bench in front of it that we can’t move though. Doing it in front of the tree would give me a proper aisle though. We are doing a nature kind of theme so the tree would work I guess. What do you think, is it really weird to have a gazebo available and not do the ceremony in front of it?
P.S. It’ll look a lot prettier in May, all the plants are dead now because of the cold.

If you want to use the gazebo i dont think it would be too much of a problem to come in the side walk behind a couple rows of chairs and make a bee line straight for the gazebo. looking at the picutre i would just com in the left side walk up and around towards the oak tree and down to the gazebo. The oak tree would be much easier since you have the entrance right by the gazebo and i don think it would be weird to do it there instead of using the gazebo but its up to you. i def think using the gazebo is doable.

that tree is gorgeous! it wouldn’t be that awkward to walk around to the aisle if you use the gazebo, but i LOVE that tree!

@SavannahL: Also, im sure this location has been used for weddings before, maybe you can ask how other people had set it up?

If you enter on the left and walk over to the aisle this should be fine….The gazebo would be great for the ceremony pics.
