If your staying with the beach theme, then add a persnalized hand towel to wipe their feet off after getting out of the sand. Include a bottle of Sunscrean and a fun pair of sun glasses. You can also through in a personalized diy bridesmaid survival kit in there as well. If you want to do jerlery you can always diy a string of perls for a matching set of a necklace and bracelet. You can get a strand at any craft store and then you just have to sting them and add a clasp. Simple and easy. Or if you dont want to stick with the beach theme, you can add lotions, body wash, a lufa, ect to make a mini spa kit.

Why not just get her something like you would for her birthday?  It’s a gift for her.  Pick something she would want.  Not something for your wedding.

We are doing water themed belt buckles for our guys and gals. Also what a bottle of wine and a set of stainless travel wine glasses.

A beach towel would be a good thing to add to the bag. I’ve also seen beach chair covers that can be monogrammed. If she would get a lot of use out of it, that would work well! If she has an iPod, an iTunes gift card would be nice. She could have extra things to listen to on the plane/on the beach. You could add in some type of a fun water bottle/drink cup (I love the insulated cups with the lids and the straws…perfect for keeping sand out!).

Sunscreen wipes would be good! My sister is an esthetician and gave me some made by Dermalogica…I love those things! They’re easy to pack and they have a good smell. You could also put some favorite travel snacks (if you’re giving it to her before the trip). That’s about all I have so far.

Another good destination wedding one is a bunch of postcards from your destination, maybe with a nice pen?

I gave all my bridesmaids gift cards. We spetn $125 each. Most got them to really nice restaurants but some others got their split between a store and a restaurant. They all loved it b/c it’s something that they can all use at some point!

For our baltimore area BMs, we gave them gift certs to Woodberry Kitchen.

@Saramina329:  I finally found that GSI is making a collapsing stainless wine glass (they had stainless or colapsing before but both is news to me).

Definitely silver or natural stone jewelry would be lovely.  Go to http://www.overstock.com

Do a search and you will see a lot of necklaces for under $20.

In addition to their jewelry, I got my BMs a sarong in their fave color. They actually used them on the beach right away!
