I love the Lazaro. It looks so pretty on you. But then thats the style I love, full of ruffles and glamour. But if you feel you need to keep looking, maybe you should. I think you will know your dress when you find it.
I am loving the Jim Hjelm, normally my taste runs towards the Lazaro, but you really knock it out of the park in the Jim Hjelm!
Love the Jim Hjelm on you, you got a rocking body for that shape! The lazaro seems a bit too busy with the rusching and ruffles and belt.
I'd say keep shopping though, at least a couple more appointments, so you get to see what's "out there". But if your mind keeps wandering back to one of these, then you know it's the one! Good luck on your search and keep us posted!
I love the Jim Hjelm on you. Even though I can't see your face in the picture, I can tell that you are ridiculously happy in it! It shows off your amazing figure!
I really like the Jim Hjelm on you better. Its so refreshing to see non-ruched gowns. I don't think that one fitting you better than the other matters since we havee trained eyes to envision the end result. However, if you still feel a bit of doubt go to another store and try on more, might help ease your mind.
Sidenote: Im from the philly area too, where did you go?
I like them both a lot but if you're not sure, then make another appointment somewhere else to ease your mind!
I voted to keep looking. You look terrific in both but it sounds like you need to try on more dresses. One of these two might be your dress, but try on more to be sure.
I LOVE the Jim Hjelm on you! It looks incredible on your figure. Personally, I bought the first dress I tried on, and don't regret it at all. You know when it's your dress! I think I tried on every dress in the store the day I got mine, and finally realized that nothing compared to it. If you love it, you love it!
I like both of those dresses, although I suggest going for some more appointments - I ended up picking the second dress I ever tried on, at the very first salon I visited. However to make sure I did pick the right dress I tried on others styles and labels that I had in the back of my mind at other places to be sure. I am glad I did becuase it helped me realize that it really was "the one".
OMG that Jim Hjelm is to DIE FOR! It looks incredible on you -I love the black belt too.
I prefer the Jim Hjelm - like you there were two dresses that I liked the first time I went and since I wasn't sure I decided to give myself piece of mind and go again. Ended up picking a different one than the original two and am so glad I did. :)
Your figure looks awesome in that mermaid/trumpet style of dress. You've definitely picked the right cut for your body!
I did pick 'Keep looking' though as you just never know, THE dress might just be in the next shop! But I would stick with the mermaid style.
Oh, and I preferred the 2nd option. It's just so sleek and sexy!
The lazaro will look stunning on you. Having worked in a bridal store I have gotten good at visualizing thing as if they really fit. Girl you will look stunning in that dress. It was a made for you =)
You look fantastic in both. I have to say, I'm a big fan of the Hjelm dress. But keep looking if nothing's spoken to you.
i would def go try on more dresses just because you can... enjoy it, you only get to do it once! but i do love the Jim Hjelm on you! def keep that in the running! it looks gorgeous on you!
WOW! You look amazing in both, but the Jim Hjelm is screaming your name!!!! It fits and flatters you perfectly!!! Whereas, the rouching on the Lazaro distracts from your beautiful curves.
I say keep looking. You look good in the Jim Hjelm and I think the Lazaro would have the same fit but would look softer and more elegant.
Wow!! The second one is amazing! Has just enough of everything and not too much! You are gorgeous!!
I love the Jim Hjelm on you - looks amazing and highlight your great figure! I'd look a little bit more if you are just starting though, so you don't feel like you rushed into anything later. It is good to have that option there in your mind though :)
@MASPA: Hi. I went to La Bella Moda in Conshohcken, Pa.
Out of the two I liked dress two better. However I voted to keep looking. Your wedding is a year and a half away, so many more gowns will be designed. Wait and go back shopping in 6 months time. This is how many brides end up with dress regret, they shop too early and fall in love with another dress they love better closer to their wedding.
Have you got a venue and theme yet. You shouldn't choose a dress until you have these two things worked out, that way you are buying a dress that suits the venue and theme of your wedding. Again many brides buy a dress before doing that first.
You only get married once, enjoy the dress shopping experience and look around for a while to make sure your not missing the one.
how smokes, the jim is spectacular on your body. i love simple dresses without too much beading or texture but that are still unique... this one is perfect. seriously... i think you found your dress!
I love the Jim Hjelm on you - absolutely GORGEOUS!
That being said, I noticed your wedding isn't until September 2013 - unless the dress is going out of stock soon, I would hold off for a while yet before purchasing a dress. I bought too early (13 months before the wedding) and there were sooooooo many dresses I saw afterwards that I wish I had tried on! Dress regret can be a real bummer, even if you originally loved your dress. Just don't rush into anything until you're 100% positive!
ETA: Just want to reiterate that the Jim Hjlem is just spectacular on you!
Jim Hjelm! I looove the tiered ruffles - I love how whimsical they are! BTW: I'm so jealous you're getting Jim Hjelm. :(
Number two looks beyond stunning!! Maybe just look at another shop or two to solidify your feelings either way, I can't imagine it would hurt...
I am sooo torn! While I love the design of the Lazaro more I think the Jim Hjelm looks AMAZING on you.

This was my first wedding gown appointment, I like two of the five dresses I tried on but I am skeptical about choosing a dress afer only visiting one bridal store. I like the dresses but couldn't get a real feel for the 1st option because i didn't fit the sample size, so I'm a little skeptical of how it will really look on me. What do you ladies think? Should I keep looking? Feel Free to comment as well.
Option #1(Lazaro)
Option #2(Jim Hjelm)
