Weddingbee boards

Looks like the open house paid off!  A couple was very interested (already placing furniture), and surprise of all surprises, a couple who liked the house before was outbid on a foreclosure so they are coming back to check out our house today!  Please cross your fingers and say a little prayer for us!  We are so ready to sell the bachelor pad for a family friendly neighborhood!

THey never showed up.  He apparently got called into work or something.  They said they are still interested, but I'm no longer letting myself get excited about it :(  Selling this house has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.  Especially when my craft room has turned into a wedding control center with paper flowers and lace as far as the eye can see!

Have you considered renting instead of selling?  Just a thought if you are having trouble selling. 

@krsmall:  We are too worried that we would end up taking a financial hit, plus we live in a military town and rented properties are often destroyed from all the craziness.

We're also trying to sell our house! It completely sucks, I just want it to be over and to start packing. We've had so many people come through and "want to make an offer" but they can't get financing or this or that. Last week we had three no shows :( It sucks to get the house cleaned, all the pets out, and leave for an hour just to come back and no one has even been there. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

@ColeandAmyT:  Exactly!  I wouldn't mind if I didn't have 4 furbabies.  It's not like I can just leave them outside all the time!
